Catching Up

There's no way to make up for the lost blogging time. It would just take forever. So here are some of the things that have gone down in the last couple months. Maybe next time I'll have an actual post. I have to break back in slowly. It takes a while to get my blogging brain back.

1. Abi wears a shock collar now. She doesn't like it, but she's learning to behave.
2. Went to Baltimore and Pennsylvania. Fun time! Awesome wedding. New brother-in-law!
3. Went to Kari Jobe and David Crowder concerts.
4. Drove through the night to Colorado.
5. Went to a Rockies game.
6. Our furnace has a late ignition issue. The gas comes on and the flame takes too long to light so when it does, there's a mini-explosion that shakes the house. We're currently not using the furnace until it's looked at by a professional. That's what the internet told us to do.
7. Learning graphic design through trial and error.
8. Trying to relearn how to play the piano.
9. Welcomed Rylee Elise Prater into the world.
10. Currently SSBC Mens Softball's #1 fan.
11. Learning that friends can be like family and family can be like friends.
12. Went to Dave Ramsey's Total Money Makeover and working on fine-tuning our budget.
13. Ordered my sixth bridesmaid's dress in six months.
14. Getting to use my creativity in many ways that I always wanted to but never thought I would.
15. Taking our car for its oil consumption test every 1,000 miles to see if we need a new engine. We have one more test to go but so far everything's fine, praise the Lord!
16. The light on our ceiling fan shorts out. Not sure why. It's probably not a good thing.
17. Trying to get organized.
18. Taking two Bible studies. Lots and lots of time studying, but I'm learning a lot!
19. Having fun navigating various relationships.
20. Joined Twitter and got a trial version of Google Wave.
21. Trying to win the battle against seasonal allergies.
22. Put the down comforter on the bed. Here comes fall. Boo winter.
